That's where The PACE Method comes in. 
In our last episode, I gave you an overview of this powerful four-step cycle that can guide you towards finding the clarity you've been searching for. Today, we're taking a closer look at each step and how it can transform your entrepreneurial journey.

7 || Introducing My PACE Method(TM) to Business Clarity - How to Move From Confused to Clear

Are you feeling stuck looking for clarity in your business?
When we are seeking clarity in our business and what we feel called to do, we have this desire to sprint to the finish line and get to the answer fast. 
Hate to break it to you, but that’s now how clarity comes. You will have major breakthroughs and oh wow moments along the journey, which are truly fun and energizing. And fun to share, I might add! The journey of clarity, however, comes through time, effort, thinking, prayer, and seeking wise counsel. 
Instead of sprinting to the finish line in search of an answer, think of this more like a marathon. You set a pace that works for you so that you are on this entrepreneurial journey for the long-haul and not burning yourself out. 
In your journey to clarity, you need to set your pace (aka run your race) because there is work to do along the way. If you are running too fast, you will simply skim the surface. Skimming makes you miss the questions and the opportunity to dig deep for answers that can change you, your life, and your business.

Hi, I’m Marta Goertzen, entrepreneur and online business owner since 2008. I’m also a dog mom, fibro fighter, photographer, and caregiver. As a multi-passionate entrepreneur, it took me years to discover what I wanted to be when my business and I grew up. Getting clear about the work I truly enjoy, the type of business that works for me, and learning how to manage caregiving along with running my business has been a long journey. One I truly believe was well worth taking. 
The clarity I longed for didn’t come until I learned how important it is to add intentional rest to my schedule and give myself time to think, pray, and connect with other like-minded women who understood this crazy entrepreneurial journey. 
Developing a habit of rest gave me the mental space I needed to ask better, deeper questions that helped me finally see the possibilities of what my business could be like and take action instead of just hoping things would change. I’d love to share how you can find that clarity too. 
If you are ready for a business that works for you in the current season of life you are in. Then it’s time to stop buying all the courses, filling countless journals, and wishing that something would change. Let’s roll up our sleeves, ask those hard questions, as we sojourn together through life and entrepreneurship as women over 50.
